If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused items within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. We gladly offer free returns and exchanges on any order within the U.S.

Returns

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to change an item purchased, you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Fill out the Return Form included in your package, choose the “Exchange” option and select a replacement from those available. Once your order has been received, we’ll process the exchange and will ship back to the address from your original order.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail when the new package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or color of an item only one time, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy above.
